We prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with Arthrogen Plus, here’s how to proceed:
You may return products under the following
conditions:
- Unused with sealed original packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 10 calendar
days from the date of delivery.
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice
or order number).
Email info@arthrogenplus.in with your:
- Order number.
- Full name used in the order.
- Reason for return.
Our team will verify your request (within 1 business
day) and provide a Return Authorization along with
detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your purchase invoice or order
confirmation.
- Send via a reliable courier service to the address
provided.
- Keep the return tracking number for your records.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return (within 3 business days).
Depending on your purchase method, refunds will be
processed within 7 business days after return
approval:
- Credit/debit card or net banking: credited back to
your original account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refund issued via bank
transfer to your provided account.
At Medsync Healthcare’s discretion, we may offer
prepaid return labels.
If the return is due to the incorrect product or
shipping damage, we cover return shipping.
For personal reasons (change of mind), the customer
bears the return shipping costs.
Check your items upon delivery.
Report issues within 24 hours by emailing

- Photos of the item.
- Description of the issue.

- Option for replacement at no extra cost, or
